2 extra bads.

High five.

Only pic I can get is my cool score from records chart.

Also challenging ARCT then because his notecount has extra bads too. :3

Also we should really challenge every fucking 100k with extra bads now.

And any other score with extra bads.

Your score ought to be 98587 based on your good & great counts, tho. (1421 * (100000/1444)) + (13 * (20000/1444)).

I wouldn't have otherwise noticed it but I went to check based on the hunch that he meant "score doesn't match notecounts" in this way (which doesn't factor in bads at all), rather than just that notecounts > total notes.

It's a tiny difference overall but in this specific case it'd be the difference between 1st and 2nd place so I can see why people would care.

I double-checked my score, and it looks like it's accurate. KAPA's score is slightly off, verified by me as well.

Three people recalculated my score, and Arkie redid his.

The notecount is right, the score is right.

Not putting in a score with cools until it either shows both scores on session mode, or I can put in cool, great, good, bad and use what the normal score would be, not the cool score.

Because he played on Super Challenge. He converted his S-challenge score to regular mode by using his note count, and apparently there was a miscalculation. That's all.

Alot of people's scores from Carnival are the same way.

Probably all of OPIV's, a bunch of Arkie's, and quite a few others too.

the easy way out would be to show a pic of the super challenge score and show him the good/bad count. and if you still dont believe him, then do the calculations step by step.

...wow thats horribly inconvienient. if we required ALL scores to be super challenge, then we wouldnt have a problem smile.gif

I can get a records chart pic, but I doubt it's going to change anything because I PROBABLY scored higher than this with a different notecount (more cools, less greats).

I'll wait to see what Remy says, but I'm not going to be singled out. If this score gets taken down or I have to change it to an ACTUAL Cool score, any and all other scores done with Cools are going to have to follow the same treatment because it's unfair otherwise.

And it's unfair in the first place. A Perfect with 75k or 95k is still a 100k, but they are ranked LOWER than a normal 100k. This is unfair, they should be at least tied or maybe higher than the score without Cools.

If you post your s-challenge score it should be easy enough to work out what it'd be with all cools converted to greats.

The picture or the score?

The score would drop me from second place to 9th. Not happening.

Regardless of extra bads, with that notecount (which kappa has pictures of), he'd be in second ANYWAYS. Until someone has a closer notecount to his, there's no point in debating this. He's below Arctures and above CSTA, who has almost double the non-greats/cools Kappa has. As far as I can see, there's not much point in challenging the score unless you want to be a nazi about pop'n scores, and I don't think pop'n challenges need to be as heated as the IIDX challenges.

Kappa's score should stand until someone enters a score closer to his. Place alone is good enough for people to tell where he stands in Lamento EX.

well. i didn't know that this was an s-challenge score. that's why i asked for a records chart pic.

i like how its impossible to proove an s-challenge score without having a results screen shot. how convenient.

because that would be soooo easy to enter on songs that aren't on pop'n 13.

I don't exactly see tons of people hopping onto the S-Challenge train either. I'm more than happy playing the game the way it's initially presented to me. tongue.gif
