How is AAAing 5.1.1. [7] with LS2 odd? It's all subjective. I said it was lame, so I don't need people telling me that they aren't odd. If it's really bothering you that much, I'll edit that post.

Low-speed2 is an odd modifier to use. HS4 is not. You could also call it ironic, seeing as how when people usually use speed mods in IIDX, it is to spread out the notes to make them easier to read. But in this case, he used a speed mod to group them closer together and make it tougher to time.

Your scores though, aren't odd by any means.

...dead? There are usually 5 or more users online... that's not dead. It's on life support. smile.gif Seriously though, lately the boards have been much more active than they used to be.

Well, at the bottom of this particular forum (Glorious Days), there is a post dating back to February 25th, 2004. Doesn't look like much activity to me.

Just made a graphic using that dj thingy that HaQ linked to in IRC a few days ago. Look at the image...specifically at the DP dan section. Note the fact that DP 1-kyu isn't passed while DP 1-dan is blink.gif.

Quit dwelling on it people. The post is gone, ok? Happy now? I'm sorry that my wrong opinion had to be stated. You couldn't just let it be, could you?

That's because in this particular forum almost all of the posts go into The IIDX Almost-Accomplishments Topic and The IIDX Milestones Thread.

Excellent argument!

Have a look at this:

http://www.bemanistyle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=188

A topic on Bemanistyle's IIDX board dating back to February 2004!. Nobody's posted there in over a year! That board looks pretty dead to me.. wonder why Bemanistyle bother to keep it open.

You obviously misinterpreted me. rolleyes.gif CF Other bemani forum is more active than this one tongue.gif

I meant at the bottom of the first page, the post there was from Feb. 2004. The bottom of the first page of the IIDX forum of bemanistyle dates all the way back to:

That's still not a good way to judge a board's activity level. 99% of the posts to the Glorious Days forum are in the main Accomplishments thread, so you can't use the number of threads that have been created as a way to gauge the board's activity level.

Anyway, thanks for completely killing my thread, guys. Can we try to keep this on topic? To clarify, I intended this thread to be where people post about weird, odd things that they've done in IIDX that they're proud of, such as clearing songs on HID+SUD, doing slow songs on low-speed, stealthing songs, or what-have-you.

I got a AA Beautiful Days [7] on hidden+sudden.

Not really such a big deal. However, i should mention that there are some people here in Vegas (read: 702vgta) who can do some downright ridiculous shit with the hidden+sudden mod. It's some pretty cool and funny shit...
