i forgot the part number but you could literally get that switch for half the price off of a parts catalog site

i wish i remembered

i know most ppl hate omrons though because you have to play a million hours to get them anything worthwhile when you can just pop cherries in and have the feeling of broken in japanese arcade keys at the start

I use Cherry E23-00AX switches in my Sanwas and to me they feel pretty close to the arcades I've played at. Unfortunately it looks like they're no longer a normally stocked product, although google brought up a link to ebay if you don't mind going that route; at least the seller seems reliable. Main thing for me was the 45g max operating force. I also have E22-00A cherries that are 70g and they are pretty close to how my Omrons are now after years of play, and they are noticeably stiffer than the keys at the arcades here in Hawaii.
