My JKOC's turntable has decided it will only work when I spin it upwards. Downwards, it moves a tiny bit down like a glitch, but resets position on the songlist after trying. During a song it doesn't register period. Any ideas what I can do to fix it?

My first guess, check your optical sensors. There's a small PCB underneath the turntable, unscrew it make sure there's not dust or something obstructing the sensors.

The logic for the turntable depends on one or both sensors changing their state, and if one isn't reporting if the teeth are blocking it correctly, it will behave incorrectly.

This must have been it. Blew canned air on the sensors and it worked afterwards. Thanks!
