I ended up passing World Spider Web and I was all like "well why can't I pass 40s?!" and I started actually doing it o.O;

Also, Trancerance didn't give me a problem, but the other three certainly did.

That's REALLY odd unless you're playing on a mini/control pad of some sort. The 41s in FEVER CS are among the easiest I've ever played, I wouldn't have a 99k on all of them except trance rance if they were actually worth their 40 rating.

Generally 41s and 42s in FEVER are jokes minus like Fever Robo (a little) and ProgBaro.

I'm still confused to this day as to why Fever Robo wasn't in HELL 14.

Goa Trance, Bulgarian Rhythm, and Psycedelic Techno are pretty tough. As for Carnival, only Hime Trance and Racing are tough in my opinion. Generally 41s and 42s in FEVER are jokes minus like Fever Robo (a little) and ProgBaro. Carnival has a good spread of difficulty for the 41s and its 42s range from easy for level 41 players to pass (Kei-Row Punk, Nightmare Carousel), to some of the hardest ones there are (Grunge Des, Oi Punk 0), but there's a medium level, unlike FEVER.

I think Keirow Punk is pretty hard unless you know how to do it. I can nearly combo the ending now, but like ... chkn failed it last night at the arcade :V and yeah.

I also think Cyber Flamenco is hard. But I'm bad at fast songs.

Hahaha Cyber Flamenco is pretty standard as a 42 if you ask me. Kei-Row can either be your first 42, or your last. It's hard as fuck to pass consistently, yeah, but when you just get to 42s and try Kei-Row, some people can just fudge the ending and get it. Still, I agree that it's balls hard.

See it's kind of weird. When I first got to 42s I COULD NOT for the life of me do Keirow Punk, like, I'd go into the ending with full health on the Extra Stage and still fail. But nowadays I consistently "almost combo" it. It just kind of "clicked."

I think I've identified my problem - chords. For the longest time, I could not pass Bulgarian Rhythm [EX] and Flow Beat [EX]. I started working on Flow Beat, and finally got around to passing it both on regular and Extra bar last night.

The next thing I attempted was Bulgarian Rhythm. For the first time on AC, I finally fucking passed it. I credit Flow Beat [EX] and its crazy toss-every-single-possible-three-and-four-button-chord-at-me-at-once chart. I want to follow up on this; I attempted Bulgarian Rhythm again immediately after that on Extra and got within six measures of clearing. This sudden burst in ability is blowing my mind.

Can someone list a handful of songs that can help me with my shitty chord reading?

Lamento EX

I tried this and Rinsei and they both kicked my ass ; ;

In the meantime, what are the easiest 42s to clear? I cleared Enzetsu today and I felt so damn proud but I have to admit it's a pretty weak 42

Lamento.

I hate Lamento so much.

Please tell me how I can fucking murder that section at the end. It's like a security check that scans people how much they can really play.
