Thought it would be neat to start a thread where we can post our milestone events like clearing all L7, or first AAA, stuff like that, so that we can reference it later on when we want to remember.
To start us of:

Just landed my 100th AAA. Get me in your sight L7.

Next stop: 5000 DJ Points.

good grief, you're past 100 now? Slow down! wink.gif

my 100th AAA was Clione 7-Key, which took a lot of tries but I was very happy since it's one of my favorite songs.

I can just about remember every big accomplishment I've had up until now. Not much compared to some, but you have to start off somewhere.

- Getting IIDX (Because in the middle of nowhere, even owning something worthy of a milestone)
- Getting off beginnger (thank you VJ Army)
- Getting a AA (Overdoser)
- Passing a 4star (Sense)
- Getting a Full Combo (...on Gambol)
- Passing a 5star (In My Eyes)
- Clearing an Another (I Was The One)
- Passing a 6star (Sync)
- Having a dj Points score of 1337 (and I have a screen cap of that)

Next up, Clearing all the L7 songs and getting a AAA of some sorts.

It's hard to have a definitive milestone on IIDX, because you keep getting better. And then the thing that you thought was a milestone, soon becomes insignificant.

First 6 was M-02.stp.ver1.01.
First 7 was Route 80S.
And then, about 7 months later (not sure why it took so long, wasn't playing much I guess), my first flashing 7 was B4U.

I started playing on Sept. 25th, 2003 when my controller arrived.
My first L7 6 star was Sync.
First 6 star 7K was Conga (bleh)
First 7 Star was VJ Army:P (ironic)
First Flashing 7 was Get On Beat (Wild Style) (6th)
First Perfect Combo was Gentle Stress (love that song)
First AAA to my knowledge was Beautiful Days 7K (the L7 took another 2 weeks for some strange reason?)
First 1st place spot on a song on VJArmy.com was I Was The One L7:P
I'll start playing doubles this week when my controller gets here smile.gif

I can never understand why B4U is so many peoples 1st flashing 7. I SUCK at that song. It was one of the LAST flashing 7s I passed. I still can't pass it reliably.

Late last year I completely unlocked 6th Style (pictures, vids, etc.), which can really be read "finally AAAed Jelly Kiss".

That was awesome, to see the big red COMPLETE on the left side every time I started up. smile.gif

5000th DJ Point, 115th AAA, and 180th full combo, all at the same time from playing Right Now L7.

Now if qkumbr quits playing right this second, I'll only have to raise 418 of my songs 2 full letter grades to pass him in DJ points! blink.gif Seems resonable right? huh.gif

One of my first songs upon playing my copy of 3rd Style today, I perfect combo and AA'd L.O.T. (L7 of course). That's my first, and I'm glad it wasn't 5.1.1.

Got my second controller and started playing L14 today. Not doing as bad as I thought I would. So far tonight (5 hours) I've only played 5th style. My stats for L14 currently look like this:

8 AAs
34 As
38 total clears
2 full combos

And for the record, if Dune L14 is a legitimate 4 star, I'm the fucking pope.

I won't be moving to full on 14K any time soon.

Wheee, me too! Damn song, I couldn't beat it for nearly a damn year. It was the only song on any style other than The Safari that I couldn't do.

Ok, I got to ask. This is the second post that I've seen with you and this song. What's the story behind zaxour and Celebrate??? huh.gif

well first off, celebrate is the best bemani song ever

with that said, I had started playing it on DDR as my extra stage, whenever I didn't feel like doing legend of max, and the battle began.

I refused to play it on normal, only extra stage. Eventually I finally AAA'ed it and screamed! IIDX was different, I AAA'ed it promptly on both 7k and another....

as far as the doubles go.......well, who cares.
