If those samples are the best they had to show I feel kind of pessimistic about this

from bms

but promotional material sent to arcade operators suggest that the game will focus on user-generated content, letting players submit their own songs and artwork to be used in the game.

don't know how to feel about this, specifically can't stop thinking about how itg showed players should remain players most of the time, also the fact that submitted works might be judged by the same people who greenlighted those 3 songs really doen't help

The super director L.E.D., said "I like American-based resorts", and felt that there wasn't enough black music and told me to fix that.

If they're doing user submitted content then Paranoia Eternal, Starmine, Clione, and those two 9th style songs should be in this game.

Yeah I dunno about that, to be honest a pretty significant portion of player-created content for ITG kicks the shit out of most ITG/DDR officials these days

The only danger is really that some people tend to only create/play charts that they are good at, which leads to a case of tunnelvision

Well that's probably not going to happen because the charts are probably outside of the scope of user submissions.

What now, Konami? User-generated content? That seems a bit out of the ordinary and a bit too next-gen. It also seems that these "teaser" videos also shows a bit of gameplay...looks like an upgraded version of Tap Sonic. I have no idea of the peripherals (if not touch based) involved in operating this game.
