Looks like the first style to break the "odd styles serious even styles lighthearted" pattern.

edit but who fucking cares lol lets see if we get A+ result screens

Lincle was 'serious'? It's color scheme was like, neon-aqua, white and orange. Plus it was named Lincle, and introduced little SD guys bobbing around at the bottom of the screen.

Wow I thought you were kidding but damn. IIDX has to literally be the last program on earth that runs in 640x480.
I think Pop'n went HD for Tune Street though?

Did it? I haven't really followed Bemani too closely since CS games stopped

Yeah it's sort of puzzled me how IIDX *still* runs at 640x480 in the year 2012 lol

cave games are only in hd on 360 because they tighten up the graphics (on stage 3)

Can't wait to still not be able to play this.

anticipating another three Ryu* songs that will suck, kors k moe-fest, Sota synthwank, Yoshitaka phoning it in, a bunch of weird licenses, a 2600-note piano dirge sequel to Scorpion Fire

maybe Red Goose port from jubeat

par for the course methinks

I like that it's a theme that isn't super bright and bubbly. I was kind of hoping for one of these after Resort Anthem.

Love the little "VER 20".

IIDX looks pretty good for a 480p game.

The huge widescreen monitor was more wasted on it when the game had interfaces like in 1st style.

He'll write five songs; one hardcore song, one with Mayumi Morinaga, and three whatever. And DJ Command will write an eurobeat song. (Gasp.)

Yoshitaka's kind of been non-existent in IIDX recently.

2 steps to naming a yoshitaka song

Yoshitaka's probably browsing nicovideo all day looking for new people to provide AMAZING songs for Sound Voltex.

Stuff from Twitter:

The poster: http://twitpic.com/9b2lcw

Songs so far:
FLOWER / DJ Yoshitaka
Light and Cyber / Tatsh

Features:
* Something about beginner options; not sure if I'm reading this right but there are now two different sets of modifiers? Beginner options (Easy, 5Key, Auto Scratch, Legacy Note) and the ones we're used to, you can switch between them with the effector key; someone confirm this via these tweets (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)
* Score graph is movable, hold the start button on the side opposite the one you're playing (Source)

One song each deleted from Lincle, 8th style, and 7th style.
I wonder what the Lincle song is?
